(hereinafter ERUDITUS or Publisher) located at eruditus-publishing.com and eruditus-journals.com with all subdomains and special submission pages on third-party domains.
“The use” of this website refers to any use of the websites by anybody, including the use of websites by editors/reviewers/staff, the submission of papers by authors, the placing of orders for services and products, use of websites’ content, material, tools, forms, and likes.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these Terms & Conditions. Do not continue to use ERUDITUS if you do not agree to abide by all of these Terms & Conditions stated on this page.
These Terms & Conditions do not replace the Authors’ and Reviewers’ Guidelines, Publishing Ethics, Editorial Policy, review process and other instructions, concerning publishing, recruiting, collaborating, and advertising.
These Terms & Conditions shall begin on the date hereof.
Unless otherwise stated, ERUDITUS and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the websites. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the trademark and logo, are reserved. You may access this from our website for your own personal use, subjected to restrictions set in these Terms & Conditions.
You Must Not:
Sell, rent, or sub-license material, content, etc. from ERUDITUS;
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy services, products, material, content, business models, and/or create derivatives from ERUDITUS;
This prohibition does not include sharing, downloading, republishing, or reproducing articles published in accordance with open access on ERUDITUS under Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0).

ERUDITUS is the publisher of scholarly journals and respects the freedom of research. We publish research papers that comply with ethical and scientific standards. The statements, opinions, conclusions, results, and data contained in the journals are solely those of the individual authors and contributors and not of the publisher and editors.
ERUDITUS stays neutral with regard to religious and/or political issues, as well as jurisdictional claims in published maps and institutional affiliations. We disclaim any responsibility concerning any particular interpretation, perception, feel of offense, insults and/or indignation arising out of published articles written by authors. ERUDITUS does its best to avoid publishing any unethical statements by authors, however, we follow the principle of freedom of expression and research.
Under no circumstances and to the full extent permitted by applicable laws shall ERUDITUS be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from any aspect of your use of our websites, services, and/or published articles and their content.

Authors reproducing material from other publications protected by copyrights in their manuscripts are obliged to provide the Publisher with the proof of the obtained necessary copyright permission.
Authors remain responsible for any infringement of copyrights and patents, and/or plagiarism in their published manuscripts.
Authors accept the open access publishing considering the unlimited access to their papers under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), where authors remain the copyright holders and grant third parties the right to use, reproduce, and share the article according to the Creative Commons license agreement.
This license allows readers to share, copy, and redistribute the material in any medium or format, adapting, remixing, transforming, and building different versions, such as translations for any purpose, even commercially.
The author cannot revoke these freedoms as long as users follow the license terms and credit the authors with the link (DOI link) to the publication, indicating if changes were made. All these uses are possible, as long as they don’t claim that author endorses their adaptation and don’t damage author's reputation.
ERUDITUS has the full rights:
To reject any article and to delete any material or content, as well as user accounts.
To change prices online, informing of the change with good notice.
To not publish an accepted article if the article processing charge has not been paid.
To impose disincentive sanctions, such as payment of the charge when authors request withdrawals for submitted articles.
To require/claim indemnification for caused damages arising out of your use of or inability to use of the services and content, and/or your violation of these Terms & Conditions, your breach of any of the representations and warranties herein, or your violation of any rights of another.
You have the right to cancel your placed and paid order before it is processed. When the order is not yet processed, the order shall be cancelled and the payment will be refunded, with the transfer fees borne by the customer. If the order is processed and the service or product is fully prepared, the cancelation is not acceptable. If the order is partially prepared, it will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
You warrant and represent that:
You are of full age and have full legal capacity and enough ability to use the website and services.
You have read and duly considered the relevant guidelines before taking any action on this website.
You are provided with sufficient funds before submission and that you pay invoices soon after acceptance of your article for publication.
You make payments carefully, avoiding any errors or extra payments. All transfer fees for refunding are borne by the customer.
You will not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions to anyone, completely or partially.
It is your responsibility to comply with relevant laws and regulations that apply to your use of the website and any of our services.
You remain responsible for your published articles and their content.
Any terms not included in these Terms & Conditions and/or diverged from those is not applicable, unless expressly confirmed by ERUDITUS in written form.
If any provision of the present Terms & Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the Spanish law. The Alicante, Valencia Community shall be the place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising of these Terms & Conditions, regardless of the Customer’s domiciliation/nationality.
When you continue to use the website and any services after any applied changes, it will mean that you have accepted and agreed to the Terms & Conditions, relevant guidelines, and that all changes were in force prior to your use.
